workout, make up or skip

When you have a cold and are run down do you find a way to go ahead and workout, make it up later or just skip what was planned for that day?
 
it all depends on how i feel. i've worked out sick and felt great afterwards and i've skipped and did it another day.
 
yea, i agree ... if you are really run down, then a workout will drain a lot out of you and can cause you to become more ill or just make it last longer ...
