Working Out

Hi, I turned 14 in October. I'm 5 foot 8 and 100-110 pounds. To be honest my arms, legs, stomach, basically all my bones are... sticks. I'm just about the boniest person ever. No clue what to do about this, I'm a vegetarion so don't tell me to eat a steak. Also, I got about no muscle in my body... I'm like afriad to go swimming or take my shirt off after phys ed class. Can you all chip in and give me some help? Like how should I work out and stuff? I have no machines except a treadmill.
 
Morale for the most part... what has a chicken ever done to me?

Typical diet is basically in between light and heavy. I'm not a big fan of eating heavy.

If we didn't keep them in cages and slaughter them by the millions, fowl would murder you and everyone you loved.

If you don't eat "heavy" you can work out 'til the end days and get nowhere. You can't build from nothing.
