D dswithers 0 Jun 8, 2004 #2 I'd recommend short workouts if you are going to do 2 a days. Like 20-30 minutes each session, certainly not more than 40 minutes. If you do that consistanly for 6 weeks or so you will proably need to take 1 to 2 weeks off.
