Sport Working out food / dieting food

Sport Fitness
Hey
I was wondering if you're just dieting, without working out, would you be eating different foods to that if you were just working out?

I've just started eating healthier and didn't know if the food i was eating was just dieting food or best for someone who works out, is there a difference?

Healthy food is healthy food, for folks doing moderate levels of exercise there doesn't need to be any difference in diet. Heavy weight lifting requires a bit more protein but that's it.

A clean diet is the key to a healthy weight loss. Eating the right foods will give you more energy, speed your metabolism up, burn fat and help you get lean. Even small changes to your current diet will give you noticeable results

I personally don't like the word "diet" its more a change of lifestyle and healthy living. If you eat clean and include a good exercise routine, 2 to 3 times a week, you will see some good changes.

If you got any questions on my the nutrition page, or need advice on putting together a workout routine. Give me a shout

If you want to loose weight then exercise is allways key. By doing exercise your wright loss will be increased rapidly. If you don't have the time to exercise and your are dieting then it will help you loose weight, but It won't be as fast as it would be if exercise was included in your regime.
