Working forearms

I am going to try to bulk my forearms a bit this summer. I'm thinking about throwing a forearm workout either every time I work bicep or triceps.

I looked up a few workouts:
-Behind the back wrist curls
-Wrist curls
-Plate pinching(?)

I'm guessing plate pinching is when you put 2 plates together and hold them with your grip, which would work your forearms a lot.

Any other ideas?

Weighted pull ups.

Deadlifts, pullups, rows all work the forearms. Curls will also work the forearms. But you can add direct forearm work such as wrist curls & hammer curls.

Put something very heavy into a sack, grip the sack (don't use handles) and hold it. You'll be amazed at what that does for forearms. I'm working almost exlusively with sandbags now and it's hitting my forearms hardest, it's far harder than holding a bar
