Work to a new life for me!

Well I just had enough of being overweight. I'm sick of being fat. Well from tomorrow. I'm going to change the way I eat. I don't know what I should start with. I don't drink much water since I drink coffee, cordial all day. I do eat fruit and vegetables though but not the recommended amount. I wear size 24 tops and 28 pants. I weigh 275.58lbs and love to get down to 143.3lbs. I love to fit into size 12\14 again. Last time I worn that size was when I was 18.
 
Hey there!! Welcome to the forum! Just remember to get plenty of water and exercise.. Is their any certain diet your gonna do? Dieting is so hard sometimes.. Just remember to keep motivated and focused on what you want! We are all here to help ya!
 
I haven't actually thought of the diet I'm going to go on. But thinking to eat more healthier and cut down. I useless when it comes to structure diets. So here goes.
 
Well today I didn't have breakfast.
For lunch I had: 6x hotcross buns with margarine and strawberry jam
Dinner: I had chicken with cheese schnitizal and chips
Desert: bunch of grapes.

Drinks I had: 1x apple juice
3x glasses of cordial
1x herbal tea with honey

Exercise: I walked to the Doctor's takes 15 there and back. So what do I need to change?
