work out question

hi all. would ur chest or arms or whatver part ur working on grow much faster if u just work out that specif part while eating alot and just ignoring the other parts? cause i was thinking maybe this way after u get that specifc part of the body the size u want it then u can move on to a difrent part and u would gain faster muscle cause u wont burn as much calories as u would when u do a full body work out, and the body wont have to work as hard to rebuild muscle tissue... i was thinking of trying this cause i really have a fast metabolism and its nearly imposible to gain weight for me, 3000 calories a day isnt enough for me and i cant seem to go over that, so i was jsut wondering what u guys think of my idea of just working out one part till its big enough. thanks all

I try to help out where I can, but would you mind re writing this in English?

lol sorry its just hard for me to explain but ill try again...alright i heard that if u just work out the arms (or chest ect..) alone and nothing else they would grow faster then if you worked out your whole body cause the body wont burn off lots of calories and it would concentrate on building up just the arms instead of the other parts which would put less stress on your body....i was just wondering if thats true? thanks again

When I said that I meant actually using punctuation and spelling out the words. It is almost impossible to read this paragraph as it is just one long run on sentence. Punctuation, spelling, and capitalization are our friends!

And I don't mean to be mean about it. Short hand in a few places doesn't affect readability, but this has gone a bit far and it HAS affected readability.

If I got your question right... yes. If you only workout your arms then your arms will make muscle gains, but your legs will not. But you can't use this logic to deal with fat loss. Where your body uses (looses) fat from is totally genetic. So if you have a big belly and want to shrink it, you will need to drop fat from your entire body and let your body decide where to take it from.
