Work out at the Beach

hello everyone, a few weeks ago my family was on a trip in Long Island. there was this park that had a out door roller hockey rink that we worked out on. it was pretty fun. this is what we did.

1 SET of GPP

Spider: Lunges 3

Bear: Crawls 3

Hip Mobility: 1 set 4 each side

ladder Drills: 2 forward 1 backwards

speed: 1 foot and 2 foot

lateral: both ways

Agility with ladder

2 in 2 out

icky shuffle

in and out lateral 1 each

in and out forward

Bounding 3x5

kettle bell swings

2 hand swings 2x15

1 hand swing 2x6

snatch 2x6

Focus lifts

split snatch 2x6

Lunges 3x6

single arm bench 3x6

Jump shrug 3x4

split Lunge LBRFx fatigue
