Greetings all,
I need some advice. The nature of my job I am not necessarily in the office all day. Occasionally I have to go to customer sites for support and/or installs or random other things.
I'm having a hard time coming up with things that are easy to bring to work, that I could also bring with me if I need to. The office has a refrigerator I can keep things in, if that helps.
I need to eat about ~450-500 calories each meal, which I try to have around 10am, 1pm, and 4pm which all occur while at work (first meal at ~6:30-7am, last at ~7-8pm).
today I brought 3 small tupperware with some Steamfresh veggies that I microwaved the night before, some chicken breast from the fridge, and some homemade tuna fish. Also brought what was left of a jar of Natural Peanut Butter to get closer to the 500 mark. That was only enough for 2 meals though I believe.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks for your time,
wimclend
