We all get a bit impatient with our weight loss but if we lose it too fast it won't stay off. This needs to be a life time commitment so needs to be substainable not something that we can only do for days or weeks.Thought so. I've been to that section and the results are amazing. I started a couple months ago eating healthier and exercising and have lost some fat and gained muscle but not as fast as I would like. Ill just stick to it then, thanks.
