Sport Women Do you eat More that "Time of the Month"

I don't know if it's just me, but when I am pre-menstral/mentral I am hungry all the time.

Nothing seems to satiate me up either. Am I the only one?

What do you gal's do to keep from eating the whole fridge?
 
YES!! I have actually posted about this before! Search around if you can, I got a lot of great responses!! Of the top of my head I remember a glass of milk with natural pb on ww bread was a good trick!
 
I get that too. I try to only eat chocolate at this time of the month. (I love chocolate). Try dark chocolate, you don't need alot of it to feel satisfied.
 
It is an actual body response to hormone production and water retention. Keeping hydrated is a great way to kill those hunger urges as most of it is caused by retention.
 
Good question, i usually care a lot about my diet, but when idont care and i keeop eating chocolate, cereal, and milk, i know that my periods comin..but i just dont care and if i dont eat during that time of the month, ill get weak... once i didnt eat a lo, and i was sick too, and i almost passed out at the gym... and i also get stronger in the gym and lift heavier weights.
But i have no idea what to do to overcome those cravings.
