I usually jog 2-3miles nonstop at a pace I can handle without stopping or walking. If I workout right before my monthlly or at the beginning of it I begin cramping during the workout and as I stop or slow down it increases into what feels similiar of intense labor pains (btw. I've never really had them, just guessing). I am not sure if this is normal, but figure it is. Any suggestions on how to completely stop these pains so I can work out normally. The only thing I have found to help is to fast walk it for 5 mins after jogging & then I can start to slow walk it off. I am going to try advil.
Otherwise my jogs are normal & can jog it without any pains or cramping.
