Hello,

I'm WOLVERINE. I used to frequent this site a lot - until college became way too hectic. Anyway, I graduated from University of Toronto, and I'm now on my way to Seton Hall School of Law in NJ. I wanna catch up with the heavy hitters, meet new people, answer any questions, etc. Here are some quick stats:

Some random stats
Height: 6'0''-6'1''
Weight: 215 lbs
Ethnicity: White / Hispanic
Body Type: powerhouse
Goals: More muscle, less fat

Interested in pics?

WOLVERINE huh, I actually heard about you. Just like to know, how strong your lifts are( bench press, deadlift, etc).

Good to see you back here Wolverine. Congrats on graduating :D It's nice to see some of the old members coming back. Soooooooooo whatcha been up to?

hello

wanted to say thanks to everyone. its good to be back.

so stats... what kinda stats are ppl looking for? i havent done the 1 max rep on anything.
what i know offhand is my arms are a lil over 16.5''. 17'' on a good day. forearms are about 12.5'' - which i wanted to ask, if anyone has over 14'' forearms... plz message me your secrets haha.

bench - i tend to do sets on 225. with dumbbells, i do about 75-85 in each hand.
squats - warm up with a lil less than body weight. then i try to rock out on 255s to 275s.
deadlift - havent deadlifted in ages. last time i was doing about 315 1 max rep.
back - hmmm... i can do maybe 5 reps on my body weight on the lat pulldown machine. im decent at close-grip pull ups as well.
shoulders - best dumbbell press ever - 75 in each hand, 7 reps.

nonono i do dumb bell bench press with 75 to 85 lbs in each hand. not curls. doing curls at 75 to 85... damn... thats Cutler style. hahaha

I think I could maybe do 275 1 max rep. maybe 300 lbs on a good day.

Christ was gonna say. Still good lifts.
