Hi all! New here and hoping to gain some willpower to work off of. I am 31 years old, 185lbs and 5'5. After kid #2 the weight just stayed put. I will give it my all for 2 or 3 days in a row, but then I get completely frustrated, bored and go into "I don't even care" mode. Then comes the "...but I cannot fit into these pants and I refuse to buy new pants" mode, ride that for a week or 3 then back into the 2 it 3 days of hardcore working out and dieting...
then rinse-lather and repeat!
This obviously gets me NOWHERE. So I'm hoping for some hardcore motivation!
