Sport Willing to pay someone to tell me what to eat

Sport Fitness
I'm looking to lose weight. Obviously, I want to lose as little muscle as possible and as much fat as possible. I also would like to lower cholesterol, if that's possible. After experimenting, I've found that 1800 calories a day seems ideal for my weight loss.

Can someone tell me what I should eat over the course of one 24 hour day? I'll only be eating 3 meals. I know the mantra on this forum is "eat as many small meals as you can" or something like that, but I'm a college student and I only really have the time to be eating 3 times a day. I also can't cook food. I don't have a frying pan, I don't have an oven, I don't have a microwave, or anything like that. So basically, I need foods that don't need to be prepared and can be eaten straight away just by pulling them out and opening my mouth.

Also keep in mind that safeway is the only grocery store I have access to. So whatever food you tell me to eat, please make sure it's something you know I'll be able to get from there.

Can someone construct a daily 1800 diet (the same exact food I'll be eating every single day over the course of my weight loss) for me, making sure this diet follows the rules I detailed above? I have no concept of proper nutrition, so I really need someone to do this for me. I need to know EXACTLY what to eat and EXACTLY how much of it I should be eating on a daily basis. If no one's willing to do this for me free of charge, I'll pay you over paypal.

Please help! Desperately in need of help!!!!! :confused4:

Hi! A great website that I've been using for a while is Livestrong.com. Its free to sign up and it has a wide selection of foods that you can chose from, to help calculate your daily intake :)

Hope this helps :)

If you need a meal plan and are wanting to pay someone, I would suggest finding a Registered Dietician in your area (not a nutritionist, anyone can call themselves a nutritionist, as the title is not regulated in many areas). You'll be much better off than finding some random shmoe online who sees the opportunity to take your money.
