will this help my vert increase?

hello i am burns. im 14 and 6foot. freshman- reserve and varstity basketball

i have basketball paractice up to six time a week for three hours each (as little as 4 times a week), one or two games a week.

i do this two times a week and i was wondering if i would help my vert.
jumping as high as i can 5x5
calf raises 25x5
deep knee bends 25x5
lunges 25 each leg
step ups 25 each leg (19in. step)​

right now i can touch the back board and i want to dunk by my senior year.
-people tell me im stupid for wanting to dunk because i am a girl:(

don't ever let people tell you what you can or cant do lol
you may want to buy the vertical jump development bible by kelly bagget...
basically youre going to need a mixture of strength work and plyometric along with reactive stuff.The most important thing will be your diet so go to nutrition 101.considering all that basketball is probably loaded with subconcious plyometric and reactive work imo you probly dont need a plyo routine. However a proper strength training routine would help tremendously

make sure it consists of

squats
deadlifts
glute ham raises
row
chin
bench
etc... read weight training 101 for further explanation of a proper routine.
