Will my body remember my weight loss?

AHey,
I'm currently on a 10 week trip and can't work out at all, and I'm in SE Asia so it's a little bit hard to keep to my usual impeccable diet. I'm walking heaps so that's sort of sustaining my fitness. Before I left I went to the gym/ran around 5 days/wk, and obviously now I'm starting to get a bit of my old belly back and also cellulite.
So my question is; When I get home, will it be easy for me to whip my body back in to shape quickly, or is it going to take another year?!
And I'm backpacking so I can't afford a hotel with a gym!
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated!
Thankyou.

Hey Angie, welcome to the forum! Well, the phrase "can't workout at all" is completely false. There are a lot of ways to be active without going to the gym. If you are somewhat conscious of your eating, drinking, and activity habits while you're traveling, then you shouldn't have too many issues when you get back. Look for sites like this: http://www.thebackpackworkout.com/travel-workout-tips/ that give tips on how to workout while traveling. Think about what you can do just with using your backpack as a weight: squats, lunges, arm curls, overhead presses, stair or hill climbs, single arm rows using a bed/bunk... Or without the backpack: burpees, pushups, squat jumps... I'm sure you can think of some :)

Keep your eye out for a resistance band. They are quite easy to pack up because they take up very little room!
