I've been pudgy for a long time not obese but chunky. I've got bad love handles and my front isn't great. If I were to lose weight and work out would I always have flabby skin and never have defined abs?
I believe that it is possible for almost anyone (considering they have the patience and dedication) to have defined abs. The key is to constantly strive for slight improvements and before you know it, you will reach your goals.
Hmmm well its all genetics when it comes to skin elasticity....but being a man i have to say your chances of your skin tightening up are pretty good. youve never been obese,just pudgy so with DIET and exercise you could see your abs. but its all about the bf% getting low its the only way to see em you could do crunches like crazy but if the bf is still there well....no definition.
cardio and diet are the key factors to getting abs.
