So I weigh over 500lbs. But I am still mobile and able to work out, so I figured I need to fix myself before it's too late. So I wanted to try Nutrisystem but it was too expensive. I made my own diet plan, and this is what I would be consuming daily:

Anyone have a non-advertisement response? :(

You'd see weight loss to begin with (at least until your metabolism crashes). The calories are far too low to be sustainably healthy, the macronutrients too precise to be attainable in the real world and the belief you can ignore hunger on willpower an invitation to fall off the wagon.

Calories:

Find out your BMR (basal metabolic rate, plenty of online calculators around) and set that as your current calorie goal for a few weeks, if your current diet is as bad as you make out you'll make good progress just on that for now.

Macronutrients:

If you really want go into that sort of detail start off just with carb/protein/fat ratios and make sure you eat healthy foods to automatically satisfy the other components without worrying about them.

your current plan is roughly 61% carb 16% protein 23% fat which is rather carb heavy.

aim for 50% carb, 30% protein, 20% fat as a starting point,

Willpower:

give yourself one meal a week where you can eat anything you want, just less than you usually might and don't keep leftovers (ideally don't get enough to allow leftovers).

It's better to allow yourself a controlled release for cravings every now and then, cold turkey is harder than it sounds.

Thanks for the response! I didn't check this thread again because I thought this was just a spam site when I got that first response. So basically yesterday I added a "Boost High-Protein" drink to my daily consumption, thinking of drinking 2 a day instead. They are 240 calories each, and 15g protein each. Since I just began adding a work out routine to my daily activities.

the BMR calculator you suggested said I should be taking like over 4000 calories a day... That seems a bit intense... I did manage to raise my calories consumption to around 1200-1300 though and I feel satisfied. I don't have hunger pains, I just have my old habits wanting me to order heavy meals from pizza places.

Drinking calories isn't ideal, the body processes it too easily so try not to rely on drinks or shakes.

4000 does sound too much. there are a few different calculations that work out BMR, some are less effective the further away from the norm you go in either direction.

The katch-mcardle formula will likely offer a better measure but you need to know your lean body mass to use that (electrical resistance device might help there, or you can estimate using your ideal lean body mass)

Calories are still on the low side, but see what the new estimate says.
