Hello,
I decided to set the goal to lose 30-33 pds. until June. (my english is not great so pretty please bear with me)
I kept a strict diet-thing for like five days (I haven't weighed bc I have to buy a new scale) to see if I can resist, and it was freaking hard BUT I CAN. What I consumed were salads (tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, bell pepper, lemon), canned fish (which is yummy), canned pineapple, low-calories yogurt, breast chicken, egg whites & COLD water (sometimes made lemonade sweetened with saccharin, BTW everyone on the internet says saccharin is the worst BUT it kind of made my days giving me the chance to sweeten my coffee/lemonade, gave me "hope").
I know that for my weight and height I should fit into 1000-1300 calories per day.
What I noticed during those five days, is that I felt weak and almost always hungry (which never happened to me before). I must admit that I never had fixed meals and I do not like 80% of veggies - THE TASTE, I could basically puke if I don't like it & force myself to eat... that's a bad thing, I could eat lots of veggies instead of limiting my food choices.
I am thinking to re-start that "diet" but allow myself to cheat and fit into 1300 calories, or LESS. Not give up on saccharin and start working out (HIIT, Cardio, Weights lift etc. + yes, at home). BUT, I do not know if I'll reach my goal like that
... and yes, I know the best effective weight loss happens IN TIME not that fast... but I want so bad to do it until then (I'll go on vacation in my homeland, and I want to prove some people I CAN and finally enjoy summer more than usual). I am sorry if I sound funny, do I dream too big? Maybe... but I won't starve myself to catch it... nah. I just don't know what's best to reach my goal in three months.
