Hi. I need to know if doing dumbell curls ( just standing up and lifting weights ) will stunt my growth. I am 15 and a half and weigh 58 kg. I am currently doing 37 reps three times a day with 4 kgs in each hand. I am also holding these weights by my side and standing up on my tip-toes and then placing my feet back flat on the ground. I do 3 sets of 75 reps of those. Can any ony please tell me if this will stunt my growth.Thanks.
