I am confused I just read this article I am posting below. It basically says low weight high reps will help gain size but does nothing for strength/definition. and that for strength/definition to do low reps and higher weights. This makes no sense because I am hearing a myriad of different things. most people are telling me if I dont want to get big that i should do high reps low weight, but according to the article high reps and low weight will give you size. and everyone telling me high weight low reps will make me get big/ the article says it gives you no size rather harder stronger leaner toned muscles. I want to lose fat and just get toned and strong muscles. being I am average height I dont want to gain size. so is this article accurate?
