I would love to ask you all-

Why haven't you reached your weight loss goals? What do you feel like is the biggest barrier in your way? What do you need in order to ensure success?

because I eat too much! Snacks are my downfall but for eight days I've had them under control. To ensure success, I have to build healthy eating patterns, get a grip on what amount of food is the right amount for me. I doing a zigzag plan - three days of 1600 followed by one day of 2100 and repeat. I like this because it enables me to practice maintenance level while dieting and even a dieting wimp can stand 3 days of lower calories!
