I have had this problem for a while now. If I dont eat I can excercise all day and not feel bad. If I eat 1 hour to 4 hours in advance of Working out or exercising I want to throw up while working out or running or riding a bike??? Anyone have any ideas?

what EXACTLY are you eating?
a big mac with biggie fries and a shake 60 minutes before squats is vastly differnt than 4 oz of chicken breast, greens/veggies, and a half cup of brown rice, with 12oz of water.
