maybe cause you're not getting enough food during the day and then you're body cant keep up>?that is one senario i thought of
 
You might need to budget your calories so that you get an evening snack that you find satisfying. You can eventually cut it out or find healthier alternatives. If you plan for it at least then it is not going to be too bad.
