Innerweightloss

After 4 years of studying weight loss, I have observed and pinpointed the common thread among people trying to loose weight – internal conflict.
The very first thing I do is give my potential clients ten things that they have to do before they can qualify for my training. Commitment is key! I’m feeling generous today so if you can take one tiny piece of valuable knowledge from this post then I will be satisfied.
Let me ask you guys a question: Why do think Elvis Presely became overweight toward the end of his career? (No. No you won't)
Internal conflicts and external results:
Lets start with a very simple example: Amber feels bad about how she looks, she feels unmotivated and feels like no matter how hard she tries, she cannot loose the weight she wants to. What does this equation amount to? External result: Amber eats more than she should and neglects working out for the day.
So maybe we are thinking about weight loss with the wrong paradigm. What do you guys think? Feel free to ask if you have questions.
