Why did Elvis Presley gain weight?

Innerweightloss

After 4 years of studying weight loss, I have observed and pinpointed the common thread among people trying to loose weight – internal conflict.
The very first thing I do is give my potential clients ten things that they have to do before they can qualify for my training. Commitment is key! I’m feeling generous today so if you can take one tiny piece of valuable knowledge from this post then I will be satisfied.

Let me ask you guys a question: Why do think Elvis Presely became overweight toward the end of his career? (No. No you won't)

Internal conflicts and external results:

Lets start with a very simple example: Amber feels bad about how she looks, she feels unmotivated and feels like no matter how hard she tries, she cannot loose the weight she wants to. What does this equation amount to? External result: Amber eats more than she should and neglects working out for the day.
So maybe we are thinking about weight loss with the wrong paradigm. What do you guys think? Feel free to ask if you have questions.

He gained weight cause he overate for whatever reason..but pretty sure you don't care about the answer but you do care about trying to spread your ebook.

You have been given an infraction and I will tell you right out in the open..read the forum rules.

Ok Jericho, I'm going to be honest with you. You are 100% right, I am trying to spread my ebook. I have given countless clients the tools to successfully finding the strength inside of them to loose weight. I want to get this information to as many people as I can. But good job, you got me.

Then either take it somewhere else or post what you want to try and spread right here on the site.

and why is it you people always have 'countless' clients. You would think as professionals you would know how many you claimed to help.

plenty of hard feelings to be honest. Did you think you would just come here and get a bunch of clients? This is a place for people to help and support each other and you want to get your hooks into them to make a buck.

Not here. Not with me as mod. Not with our rules.

Look, I totally understand where you are coming from and don't blame you - there are alot of people trying to take advantage of other people's problems to make money. I'm not and don't have the time to try and convince you otherwise.

Lets get something positive going on here...what has worked for you so far regarding weightloss? As a weightloss coach I am interested. Take it or leave it.

I'll say it before he does. "Simply calories in vs calories out" lol

haha lol.

But yes. food diary, calorie moderation, support of people here.

But if you really wanted to help people with your advice, why not post here in the forum your advice instead of trying to get people's email addresses to send ebooks or more.

Ok, you have demonstrated that you feel strongly about things and that you are a passionate person which are good personality traits. So how about we do some work? If you still feel like I'm trying to get something from you then don't bother responding to this.

What is your situation?

By the way I don't ever spend hours on forums so I'm not messing around here.

my situation? My situation is one that the members of the forum knows and have helped me with..

You..on the other hand..are not part of the community and are acting like you want me to be your client or test case. You give me some words and I let you slide is that it? I've dealt with people like you enough to know false flattery.

Once again..put your advice in the forum itself. Right here. No asking for emails or PMs.

Wow, a little pompous I believe :nopity:

I’m feeling generous today

A true philanthropist indeed.

Why don't you graciously post some of your methods on here so people can see if they want to take the grind and get approved to get into your club.

Also, if you really are legit, you may need to get a publicist to work on your introduction to you your system... :smash: (I was feeling generous, so I offer this advice free of charge)
