Sport why can't you eat fast food to burn extra calories?

I know of some people that just eat fast food crazy to get extra calories and burn them to gain extra strength. Can I do the same? I harldy have an apetite or time to only eat once or twice a day. If I could get 1200 calories in one fast food meal that would help me out greatly. Or else I would go into a caloric defecit. What's the positive/negative?

LOL. Nah man...thats not a good thing to do unless you wanna clog your arteries.....i dont care how much you lift. Trash in, trash out....dont so it seriously.

I was just wondering since that's what my brother did, and went overboard went with 2 hamburgers a meal, and just got filled up on fast food calories, and still got into shape. Our ethinicity is from Pakistan so I guess that would make a difference I've read our food has much more calories than fast food, but I haven't seen most of "us" fat, but skinny. I guess it's due to genetics. I'm trying to correct my diet, and have spoken to a nutritionist, but trying to eat that many meals a day, is complicated to me, so I was wondering if I could just have 1 or 2 heavy fast food calorie meals a day. If it worked for my brother, how wouldn't it work for me? Although I do have to say that when he stopped working out he says he's not in shape even though it seems to me he is (atleast more than me) and he eats whatever he wants, pizza, fast food, indian food, etc..

I would be the same "normal" shape if I didn't drink, I have a beer belly.

I would rather eat correctly which I have started, but I was just wondering since it would be easier on me and I'd like the food more. So would you think I should just keep eating correctly?

Your body absorbs only so many kcals of protien, fat, and carbs in any one given feeding. If you give it an abundance, you're setting yourself to store a bunch of stuff as fat, and you'll start really messing with your carb sensitivity, and etc.

It's not that you can't have fast food, it's just that you have to be smart with what you choose.

If we could all just get all our kcals in one sitting and be done with it, we'd all just make power breakfast shakes and be done with it.

Keep in mind that metabolism does neat things when feedings are increased. And etc.

Rent "Supersize Me."

It's not just the calories, the stuff is AWFUL for you. It really doesn't even qualify as "food" it is so processed.

You want complex carbs to burn and protein to build muscle, not 64 grams of saturated fat.

Only 64...way more than that!! I ate Mcdonalds fries last month; them things had like 9 grams of trans fat.
