Why can't I get to that six pack?

Hi,

I've been training for 3 months now - jogging, doing push ups, sit ups and other exercises. I've lost some weight and went from size 34 to 28 (waistEU), been working so hard and maybe even overdoing it, but I still can't get to that six pack. I'm as thin as I possibly could be - there's only skin left and no fat at all. For weeks now I've been doing different exercises every day, but there's no more progress. Am I supposed to not eat at all or eat more, take a rest or work even harder? I'm just so confused now. I've heard that there are some people who can't get further just like me and they sometimes get like fat removal around thous parts - so is it impossible to work out threw it? Maybe some new exercises...?

Thanks.

Added a picture, hope it might help.

A2 things:
1. Some people can't get a six pack. Their muscles just aren't shaped that way. I was pretty surprised when I read that.

2. Omg...your stomach is totally sexy. :p Be proud. Very....very proud.

I agree with Ninja...I find the way your stomach looks now a lot more appealing than with a six pack. :)

You're thin enough, I believe you can get a six pack.

What core exercises are you doing? If you'd like I can suggest some core workouts that perhaps you have no tried before.

I agree with snezy. I think you should go to the gym and ask them about it and also eat more protein. You need protein to build muscle.

Thanks...

I'm kind of broke so I don't go to gym, also I don't use protein cause it's not too cheap in my country. I did 30min jogging almost every day, now I'm trying to get it back on - it's been raining a lot so I could not do it as much, then I would jump rope about 1000 times, but recently I hurt my arm somehow and every time I jump - it gets numb very fast and hurts real bad, but I'm still trying to jump. Then I have one session of exercises every day where I do different crunches, simple sit ups, squats, different other ab exercises (recently read that it's better to do like 30 repetitions of your exercises, in each repetition just do 3-5 units, but I do one big session of exercises - about 24 units of each and do all that together - I don't know if that's better or worse, but that's how I'm used to doing it.). Also I recently started to go for a long walks in my forest and I discovered some logs there that weight a good 20-40kg so I've started to do squats with them and then just use them as weight in gym, but it's been hard cause of my arm.

Anyways, that's all I do + most of the summer been on hard diet and a big bowl of "don't give up" and I got this far. If you can suggest something better - it would be great!

Well I'll give you a couple or core exercises you can do to work your abs a little better.

Normal Situps: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ygmgGqzsSiU

Crunches: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKg_cdwq9l4

The 'Plank': http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ree4rDZ3OCE&feature=relmfu

Those are all decent ab workouts try to do as many as you can. Right that number down and try to beat it next time you do your ab workout. Same thing with the plank but just try to increase your time.

Here is a '3 minute ab workout' it's a little bit advanced so probably want to get your abs a little stronger before you dive into. You could try it though!

Hope these help, good luck.

Thanks. I'm actually doing almost all of thous except the plank and the exercise with that ball that the Asian juice-head showed :D

If anyone has any other suggestions... Maybe I need to do my exercises in many repetitions rather than how I do them - all together with higher count of units...?
