Hello everyone :) I'm 5 foot 8 and weigh 158 pounds. For the past three weeks I've been sticking to a diet of:
-cereal for breakfast with skimmed milk (approx 200 calories)
-salad with 2 slices of ham and a tablespoon of low fat dressing (approx 150 calories) or 100 calories worth of soup for lunch.
-a fruit salad with an apple, banana and pineapple as a snack.
-tea of a veggie quarter pounder (225) or meat with veg and a couple of potatoes.

I can't do more exercise than 15 mins walking a day because of suffering with M.E so my main focuss is diet.

Any help/advice? Thankyou!

There may be some ideas for you here.

Try and change up your diet a bit, if you're sticking to the same kind of meal plan everyday. Try a few different things, mini bagels are a favourite of mine, toast them and put on a little pesto or cut them up and have them on salad like crutons? Just a suggestion :)

Since you can't do so much excercise still move around as much as possible without wearing yourself out. If you've been sitting down for a while, standup and a stretch a little. Any movement is good movement I reckon! Goodluck :3

How many calories are you eating? If you're going under 1000 you could be slowing your metabolism down. I think it's not good for women, especially at your height, to go under 1200.

The diet you're eating is not a very healthy one, IMO. It's too few calories (if you are measuring and recording accurately). While at the bottom line, it's calories in vs. calories out, you need proper nutrition or you can stall weight loss for a while because your body is needing proper nourishment.

At your weight and height, you should be eating around 1400-1500 calories a day in order to lose weight.

That should consist of lean proteins, fruits and veggies, and complex carbs - pretty much in that order as well. You also need to make sure that 25% of your calories are coming from healthy fats. Your body NEEDS fat in order to metabolise other nutrients.
