Sport Whole Grains, Corn, and Cheese while trying to loose fat

Sport Fitness
While I only eat Whole Grains on days I practice Hung Gar I was recently thinking should I cut whole grains out of my diet completly if I want to loose fat? I say this because they are a starch and I know lots of starches trigger fat well white ones do anyways. I also heard on bodybuilding.com that too much cheese is bad for someone trying to loose fat. I was also curious about the same thing with corn.

Comments anyone?

I don't see any reason for you to give up whole grains. They important to keep the body functioning properly and fuel the body. If you are counting the calories going in and aren't eating too much, then I don't see why having some whole grains would hurt you. I really don't understand why people are afraid of whole grains.

RyoFire! Bring in the flame on your diet and be the riot and you will never be quiet! HE, HE, look at me, I am never quiet! :)

A person who tries to develop a well-balanced diet that fits well within their goal scheme (which includes whole grains, unless their is a reason to reduce brown carbs), will be served rather well and ring their goal bell! No, its not necessary to cut whole grain carbs out of your diet. However, this is assuming you are not overly sensative to carbs in general. Worry more about a balance diet, and create a small deficit to facilitate tissue loss.

Of course the circumference of the diet is important, but the almighty calorie intake is MORE important IMO within persons that are just starting out and are healthy!

The BASIC structure of diet is the absolute super-glue that allows the advanced methods of diet to function properly, baby!

So on with the basics! Its what's for dinner! And brings the friggen desert! :)

A what the hell, why not post it post: :)

The road to your goal, is gaining knowledge of calories and nutrition within a diet proportioned to your age, wgt, hgt, and gender, which includes associated activities. Then developing a scheduled training plan per week (which allows recuperation time) that compliments this clean diet.

When both are developed, then the key is consistency and then watching, looking, and being very mindful, of your bodily responses to your diet and training stimulus.

And, when your body is feeling bum, or you dont feel like training I recommend taking a look at these potential cause factors:

Nutritional factors can play a role. Calorie consumption can play a role. As well as recovery factors, in a feeling like this. In addition, to consuming enough water. In other times, it can "be the body" just being plain lazy, but your mind is wanting to run the indy 500. Be honest, and rock on with it!
(Just an added, paragraph, what the hell, LOL)

This is one reason, I like training journals (where you input your feelings, along with the training and rest times), and another reason I like diet journals. One can use this to "sometimes" pin point possible problems.

If your body just isnt responding the way you want, then the "current" circumference of stimulus (diet and training, rest), isnt working (and I am assuming one is being consistent here), and a journal can "sometimes" provide "priceless" feed back, in my opinion.

Eat right, lift weights, exercise aerobically, control and monitor, and stay focused on not only what you want, but also why you want it.... and things WILL fall into place. No science about it--bottom smoke clearing line.

Come back and post your MT Line. After you read the material posted you should havea general good idea of this, and what you should be eating.
