I am a pioneer of creating my own exercises, testing things that are comfortable but actually target certain areas. My flattttttttttt buldgy "shelfy" butt is one of them.
I was walking on the treadmill today...and I started doing my "Top Model" walk...If you actually pretend that you're walking on a run way when you're on the treadmill you can actually tighten that "shelfy buldge" It's quit exciting. I did it for about .35 miles and I can already feel a difference.
Just a little exercise-y thing you might try out next time you're on the treadmill (if that's part of your normal exercise).
