So, I'm in a pinch today and grabbing a small sub (no mayo, lots of veggies) from a local shop. They have nutrition information on their web site but I think it's based on white bread. They also offer wheat bread... any suggestions for how I should adjust the nutrition information to compensate? Should I just add some fiber to the roster?

I wouldn't make any adjustment at all. It's likely not going to be material, and some "wheat" breads are so highly processed that they're nutritionally equivalent to white.

None of the wheat breads in a sub shop are real wheat anyway, so it doesn't matter. Now if you were eating real whole wheat that feels like a brick to carry then I'd understand. But for one day, as far as adjusting anything, I wouldn't worry about it. However, if you are used to eating real wheat bread your sugars might go wonky.

I'm probably not used to eating 'real' wheat bread yet. I've been eating Nature Valley 'Honey Wheat' for the last few years. At any rate.. my sandwich was eaten and it was tasty. I even walked a few blocks to get it. In the cold. And rain. Yes, I'm patting myself on the back. These sorts of days make hopping in the car really tempting.
