Right, day 2 of the diet and all is going well. i have decided to cut coke, chocolate and crisps and other fatty foods out of my diet. i will have a treat on each friday be it a can of coke or choc bar.

today i consumed:
breakfast: bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes w/ skimmed milk, a carton of ribena and some sugarfree chewing gum.
lunch: vegetable curry with white rice and orange juice.
mid evening snack: small bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes w/ skimmed milk.
Dinner: small omelette with tomato and small bits of bacon.

i think i have done great today. but yesterday i will aim to eat more vegetables and fruit. xxx:D

i feel today has gone well also.
breakfast: bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes w/ skimmed milk and a banana
snack: ham roll
lunch: ham roll on brown bread, 2 orange juices.
snack: ham roll on brown bread. and a pot of fruit
havent had my dinner yet but will have it later.
i feel i have done quite well but have been snacking a bit too much and often today so my target for tomorrow is to have less snacks and a larger lunch. i feel i have met my target from yesterday of eating more fruit as i had a banana with my breakfast and a fruit pot for a snack xxx and i will probably have vegetables in tonights dinner. let me know how u think i am doing.xxx
 
Your food looks good!!! Lots of water is very helpful also. You'll notice a difference for sure if you replace your pop with water, I was a huge pop fan, now i drink tons of water and Crystal lite, it's helped tons! I treat myself once in a while! Good luck!

lunch: ham,lettuce and tomato sandwich on brown bread. Pack of caramel snack a jacks. bottle of water
and thats all i have eaten today. will have my dinner later.xxx
