A small portion of your favorite dessert, up to once a day? Or a large portion of your favorite dessert, once a week? And for argument's sake, let's say the calories would always end up the same by the end of the week.

btw: My favorite dessert right now - Vanilla ice cream with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. So delicious! Too bad strawberries are going out of season...
 
To be honest i'd rather just stay completely away from dessert at the moment, because I worry about losing it and going overboard. But I'd probably say a little bit of dessert everyday.

I have so many favourites, its hard to choose. Either a Smogasboard, Kellys Cornish Icecream (amazing) or Strawberry Angels Delight ... mmm
 
I'd say once a week you can have a big portion of your favorite dessert. It will satisfy you much more.
Eating one or 2 squares of chocolate can be nice but you'll end up frustrated.
 
I'd say I will eat up a small portion of my favorite dessert everyday rather than eating a large bunch once a week. That way you won't starve for it the whole week.
 
probably one large one but also be weary of what i ate that day plan around that yummy large dessert without having to reap the percussions :]
 
Definitely the large one-time deal - it would be much more satisfying.

A restaurant near my house has a skor brownie dessert with vanilla ice cream that is to die for!
 
I already eat one "desert" food a day usually. Today I ate another Hostess apple pie for breakfast. If I tried to eat 7 in one day once a week I think I might die that day ^_^
 
Def one big portion!! It's a tease to just have a teeny bit. I looove Ben and jerrys peanut butter cup ice cream! Oooh it's to die for!
