Sport Which Would Be Better? Or Does it Matter?

Ok, so I was wondering if I could have a can of Pregresso chicken noodle soup rather than my usual salad with chicken. For one CAN of soup, there is:

Cals: 220
Carbs: 28g
Protein: 16g

What do you think? Should I stick with my salad?
 
As I mentioned in your other post, salad is the better choice. Unless of course you make you own soup, where you can control more what goes inside of it :)
 
Thanks gals. I had planned on the salad, and then after heating the chicken and went to the fridge to get the salad stuff, found there was no lettuce. So much for having a salad. :( So chicken is what I had for lunch. lol
