Which workout is most beneficial?

When we workout, everyone has a target in mind – to lose weight and keep fit. An indoor cardio workout raises our heart rate by large muscles movements in our body which require a lot of oxygen which is then circulated in our blood. This has several health benefits, mainly, strengthening the heart and lungs and increasing lung capacity, giving a boost to the metabolism, burning calories, helping in weight loss, reducing stress and increasing energy. iFitmaps in conjunction with the cardio treadmills helps to beat boredom while working out alone, thereby helping in achieving the targets of a healthy body and mind.

Exercise especially relating to Cardio offers more benefits to stay fit and active so early morning walking, running and swimming exercises are more helpful to losing weight as well as allow a human to stay fit and active for a longer period of time.
 
yep! I toally agree with you.But one question i want to ask is that if i do much exercise.But my weight can't reduce,then,what should i do?
 
I found swimming to be really good. It can be a little hard to expose yourself in a swimsuit at the pool. Just get into the water quickly.
 
Just putting in my 2 cents - I was always a couch potato but when I discovered Zumba, I got literally hooked. Right now, I'm just trying to start doing it again, gradually. I used to be addicted to it, doing a workout in the morning and another one in the evening.

In my own experience, the best workout is the one you LIKE. For me, Zumba is like partying. It makes me so happy while doing it, dancing and doing the nice moves. I believe you have to find the workout that works for YOU. For example, I don't like walking much so even though many people keep telling me "Go for a walk everyday", it won't work for me in the long-term because I know I won't keep to the commitment. So I'd rather do Zumba at that same time instead.

I also believe that Strength Training is great. I am not sure whether we're able to mention any particular workout DVDs that we use here? I used to do one... And it helped tremendously. Strength Training helps with building muscle and we know that having more muscle is equal to more calories burned!
 
Hi ! i want to say you that runing is an good excersise and it can help on redues the weight .

I think running and jogging is the best workout and is far better than heavy weight lifting and i say this because if for any reason you discontinue with running or jogging you wont get lithergic in a week or so but if for any reason you discontinue with heavy weights you might experience excess weight on your parts after weeks or so.
 
Yes I also think like you. Swimming is great way to build muscles and burn calories..
