Which supplement?

Hey, my name is Jack and I'm 15.
I've been lifting for almost two years.
I'm a freshman at high school and I'm on the football team.
On freshman football I played full back/running back, but for spring football I'm going to play outside linebacker.
I'm almost 6 foot and weigh around 165 pounds.
Squat 300
Bench 195
I'm not bulk, my muscle is all toned. [which is what I want]
I've got the way I am naturally.

I want to start taking a supplement to help me gain muscle, but I'm not sure what to buy.

I know some of you are going to say "If you've got that way naturally, then keep doing what you're doing."
Which is true, but I want to get bigger using a supplement.

Most of my football team take muscle building supplements of some kind, but I want something that will actually work.
I don't really want to bulk up like crazy I just want to gain muscle.


Sorry if that was a little too much information.




What supplement do you recommend for me to take?

there is no magic supplement or pill that will make you gain muscle. Period.

Even with the assistance of something like steroids, one has to work very hard for results.

if you are eating, and are weightlifting, then results will follow. Just eat and lift like a beast, but eat clean as well, and hit your compounds.

IF you feel you must buy something here is a list of things.

Multivitamin
Fish oil
Whey <---not needed but recommended
creatine <---not needed but might help as well.

other than that, just lift. These things will aid you in repairing and building muscle if taken properly.

If i missed anything I hope others will fill me in.
