Which person would be a better person?

Let's say the situation is that someone is asked to be at a certain place at a certain time. Let's say there are three people that are faced with this question.

Person A: Says no, and doesn't show up.

Person B: Says yes, but doesn't show up.

Person C: Says no, but then shows up anyway but late.

Let's pretend that at the time of the event, each person shows up or doesn't show up as a result of their own free will. For example, Person B didn't get into an accident which prevented him from coming... he just didn't show up even though he said he would.

Which person is the better person in this situation and why?

I would say A since they originally said no...unless I am incorrectly reading something.

Like johnnysolo said, we all make mistakes though. I don't think you can necessarily judge the person until you have all the facts of why they didn't show up. I have forgotten about plans I made and not remembered until after the fact...to the point my buddy had bought me a concert ticket and I never showed up to go to the concert. It was a good concert...Static X and Megadeath

Yeah, you can't judge someone as a whole based on a single action but if you only had that one event to go on then person A has acted the best in that situation, they did what they said they were going to do which at least makes them reliable
