I heard that all of these supplements can help during running. Which one of these would you suggest to take while running and which not to take
 
Well it is really all about personal preference, and what works for you! Everyone is different, therefore everyone will preform different with differetn products. With that being said, out of your list i would go with cytomax, and not on your list, I would give Clif shot bloks a try.

For what purpose?

I'm assuming they are all some sort of electrolyte replinishment drink. Personally, I use water. On longer runs, I'll use tablets such as Endurolytes but only on LONG days where I'm sweating a lot.
