Method 2: Running for 1 hour, rest 1 day, full body muscle workout for 1 hour, rest 1 day, running for 1 hour, rest 1 day, full body muscle workout for 1 hour, and repeat.
I am 27 years old. 5'10" weighting at 175 pounds. My goal is to get to 155-160 pounds and lose the belly fat. I am already avoiding anything with sugar and only eat fried food once or twice a month. Any advice will be great. Thanks.
