ok so i just got back from a surpise holiday so i havnt been running or anything. but now i want to focus on my chest and abs, i can feel my abs theres just fat on them lol. i'm 15 years old in a couple months, weigh 149 pounds and am about 5'7, which excerises that i can do at home will burn the fat off my chest/stomach to show my torso off. any suggestions would be awesome
