Which Diets Have You Tried And Failed!?

Hi, Im a Herbalife Independent Distributor, Alot of the people i help have been on alot of diets like, Weightwatchers, Lighter Life (terrible diet) and atkins.And all of failed except herbalife.

But im just wondering which diets youve tried and failed! Let Me know!

I can say that I succeeded with the Atkins diet (for 5 years) and have been successful with a protein focused, calorie counting diet - using and a food scale to track my intake. In fact, by monitoring my fiber & saturated fats and using that knowledge to adjust my food, I managed to drop almost 50 points off of my "bad" cholesterol in 6 months. For free!

I've never been successful on a diet where I had to buy a product to be on the diet (i.e. Slimfast failed me).

So I can't really see paying for a diet when sensible & free works just fine!
 
Protein makes you generally feel full, takes longer to digest, and is more useful for your body than carb or fat based foods. However this doesnt mean you shouldnt have any carbs, just dont set yourself up a diet based apon carbs and no protein at all.
 
Yeah, I'm off Atkins now and happier for it. However, losing 60+ lbs and keeping it off for years definitely wasn't trying and failing it :D
