I'm gonna go with Ronnie Coleman

His Breakfast:

Dude his huge

Strong Dedication- haven't seen his DVD but I'll watch it sooner or later.

I like the old school guys. They werent bloated and freakish.

Yeah Arnold was the ****- honestly don't know what the other 2 were- I'll look them up sometime.

Inspires the hell outta me- the majority of people don't realize the dedication these guys put in - steroids or not.

Larry Scott is the first ever Mr. Olympia and Mike Mentzer was one of the most influential bodybuilder/trainers of all time.

Right now, Dexter Jackson from what I see. The man have the least genetic of all the other bodybuilder and works HARD for what he go. He started out competing at 139 weight class and now won MR. O, the superstar of the heavyweights.

Arnold is kewl and honest about this roids and weeds usage which he might regret now as governor. He is a complete person and scope goes well beyond bodybuilding. The man have a vision and know how to execute and get what he wants.

So here it is: Ronnie Coleman's Stregth+genetic, Dexter Jackson's determination and perserverence, Arnold's vision and skill set outside bodybuilding.

I have to say. When I was starting out Nasser was the man. I like the freakish aspect of bodybuilding, if you are going to do it, be a freak. Plus, he wears glasses, and I wear glasses.

Now I am not inspired by bodybuilding as much.

that, that guy is you, G.. seriously.I've seen vids of you, that's what you'd look like without your belly! I swear!

None of the steroid "influenced" Body Builders inspire me. Nor do they impress me with their drug based physiques. They never have. This is not to undermine the work in the gym, they definitely put the necessary time in.

In a natural art, the hand can never execute anything higher than the heart can inspire, and for the ones that have personal and explicit fitness goals, and can overcome the hardships, make sacrifices, and conquer personal obstacles to accomplish them.........inspires me.

I know this walk. I assist with this walk for the average joe wanting to accomplish something personally and uniquely great.

Best wishes,

Chillen

Don't know that. Her name is Pauline Nordin which I neglected to mention. She is a tough cookie and very on her game. I admire her spirit and she looks amazing. You can't see it in this shot but she has an amazing lat spread. She works hard and it shows.

Pauline Nordin has a youtube profile and heres one of her vids:

I just chose to show this one because of the arms. :D

Oh yeah, I don't really know a bodybuilder that inspires me, but they all seem pretty great to me.

Honestly none. They are great in their own right, but I am not inspired by any.

I look more towards Jack Lalanne

the guy on the right

Hey Goegran, I met Nasser in real life at lunch about 3 months ago. Really cool and nice guy. Wow, he is still a freak man. Makes me look like an ant and his forearm must be 17 inches, at least. Extremely mello guy who is single <wink wink at ILM>

Want to know what is funny? All those ads about, "do you want to be big like Nasser? Then take this and take supplements!!!" Well, he told me that he doesn't really use any supplement, LoL and show me his little fanny pack / pouch. It's empty except for some essentials. I was more impressed by Nasser the person, then his muscles to be honest.
