Weight-Loss Which are the good fats? Which foods have proteins?

Weight-Loss
I have no idea which foods have good fats...

Protein I would think it's meats, and chickens? Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks.

The good fats are mono and poly unsaturated fats, omega 3, 6 and 9 fats. Saturated fats should be eaten in smaller amounts and trans fats should be avoided if at all possible.

You basically looking at foods like lean red meats (the majority of fat is unsaturated), white meats, fish and other seafood, vegetable oils (soybean, olive, sunflower, safflower, flax, etc.), nuts, legumes, and fatty fruits like avocados.

Protein is found in many foods, with meats of all types, dairy, nuts, seeds, legumes(beans) being the top contributers. Whole grains, to a lesser extent, also have protein.

Albumin (eggs) are one of the best protein sources out there. Soy is decent but can be difficult to digest (you'll find soy protein in a lot of protein bars...check the ingredients). Casein (from dairy products) is also high quality, and it digests very slowly, so it's a good idea to have some before bed. Chicken/meat is good as well.
