Wheybolics + Maximum Greens

Recently i've started drinking Amplified Wheybloic Extreme 60 from GNC and taking Maximum Greens Vitapaks also from GNC and i was wondering what you guys thought of this combination? I go to the gym 3-4 times a week. I'm aiming to lose weight and lean and tone my body. I was wondering if its better to just take my protein just after the gym or spread it out during the day?
 
1. GNC stuff is overpriced and not always of good quality. Next time you buy stuff, try some other makers like Optimum Nutrition or Nitrean from AtLarge Nutrition.

2. you should be consuming protein all day, evenly at your 5-7 meals. post workout isn't a bad time for a protein supplement for convenience and fast nutrition.
