Hey im taking Amino Acid tablets and i'm wondering if I can take whey protein too? I noticed that whey protein already has some amino acids in them. Just wondering if its ok

If youa re talking about the BCAA then whey protein contains enough BCAA's.

Yeah, just drink down some whey protein instead with a good nutritional diet and you will usually get all the BCAA's you need.
