Hello, I usually have large calorie deficits, and to keep my muscle I lift and try to eat a lot of protein a daily basis(I'm still trying to gain muscle aswell). I dont want to drink a whey protein shake after workout because i don't want the extra calories, but i was wondering if it would be a good idea to either replace a meal with it or just drink it along with a small meal like a can of tuna with lemon and pepper.

If it helps, im 6'1" 220 lbs and idk my body fat, but it isnt extremely high.

Whey Shake

I would suggest if your are trying to lose some fat wait around 45 min after you workout to have the whey shake. The reason why is because your body is burning a tremendous amount of calories in that window. After the whey shake, I would wait 30 min and then have a meal.

Try some other sites for info as well, but this is what I would do.

Large calorie deficits and gaining muscle are contradictory.

You're only talking about 100-130 calories here. I think you are misguided a bit.

I may be, but i think i just like the feeling of not eating, or drinking anything other than water in between meals

I highly suggest reading the stickies. Your plan is suboptimal assuming fat loss and muscle maintenance is your goal.
