Whey Protein

I've been using Whey Protein for about a month. It says to take one scoop (31 grams) with each shake. Would it hurt if I took 2 to try and make it taste better? Also, I've read alot about people putting Oats in thier Shake as breakfast in the morning, How much do thye put in? I have Chocolate-Caramel. would this be good with Oats or no?

2 scoops, same amount of water as 1 scoop = more flavor..often a sweeter shake depending on the sweetner used.
 
I would use less water instead of adding a second scoop. From what I've heard you won't effectively process 62g of protein at one serving like that (I heard the max was around 35g of whey at a serving) so it would be a waste of your money to double up.
 
What malkore said, Is it alright to add another scoop though?

its not going to explode. if the added protein, carbs, fat and calories fit into the dietary goals you should already have established then yeah, its fine to double scoop some of your shakes. 50-60g of protein per meal should be all you need to meet heavy protein intake.
 
what i do to get my chocolate wheys to taste more chocolatey is mix some chocolate suggar free pudding mix in with my shake. you would be surprised, but it taste fairly awesome.
