Hello, first post to the forum. My name is Aaron! I'm not over weight by much, but would like to get rid of the flab and turn it into toneage and muscle lol. I've bought some Whey Protein, and i have the Power 90 videos, I also have a local gym nearby. My problem is, I have NO idea how to use Whey Protein and what to eat for a day, with it. Is there any nutrition guides for it? Please help with any advice. Thanks.
