Whey protein...

Hello, first post to the forum. My name is Aaron! I'm not over weight by much, but would like to get rid of the flab and turn it into toneage and muscle lol. I've bought some Whey Protein, and i have the Power 90 videos, I also have a local gym nearby. My problem is, I have NO idea how to use Whey Protein and what to eat for a day, with it. Is there any nutrition guides for it? Please help with any advice. Thanks. :)
 
Doesn't the Power 90 video have a diet guide inside? If not, then find another program, something like Fat Burning Furnace or something similar.
 
Whey protein to some extent causes constipation so i suggest that you intake loads of fibre with it say some vegetables i.e., spinach. This makes moderately a cgood combination.

Whey protein generally comes in the form of a powder and when it comes to using it, you can easily add it into your regular meal plan such as:

1. Add whey protein powder to your oatmeal. In one cup of oatmeal, add 1 tbsp. of peanut butter and one scoop of chocolate whey protein powder.

2. You can add it to a weight-gain shake as well.
