Whey Protein

Do they make Whey Protein pills? Also, is it possible to remain losing fat while taking Whey Protein and increasing muscle weight?

No whey pills to my knowledge. if there were you would have to take about 10 of them at once.

as far as losing fat while taking whey, whey just adds protein to your diet. it isnt a magic "gain weight" potion. It's an easy way to meet your macronutrient requirements for the day. Thats all.

It is better to get it from whole food, so as long as you are gettin enough protein there really is no need for whey if fat loss is your main goal.

i myself do not take whey shakes because i eat alot of egg white, about 3 g of protein in each egg white. excluding the egg yolks , 34 g of calories, 0 fat.

also i drink non fat milk , contains 9 g of protein, 90 calories each serving

shakes certainly aren't a mandatory item. I think they are a great way for post workout protein, especially when cutting and watching carbs/calories.
problems happen when people rely too much on them. I suggest limiting it to 2 shakes a day, one PWO, one for convenience.
